Whether I choose to write using a machine or a pen is quite important aspect of my writing. Typing is faster, but using a pen tends to expand my writing; lines, curves and dots of the charaters become more and more sweeping. As if unnoticed, they begin to take shape, form an outline of a landscape or a draft of some object.  My drawings fills all the blank areas of the paper, and they particularly flourish on the margins. Where writing ends and drawing begins is hard to tell but my intuition is that, mentally, it is localized  in the border regions between the conscious and the unconscious. It is like walking in a landscape, groping my way towards unknown; and living in two different worlds at the same time – the world of writing and that of drawing.
